Polymer modified mortar mix Note: These bags are one to five years old but have been stored in a garage, each 80 lb bag in an individual plastic bag. There is no clumping as far as I can tell. There are approximately a half dozen bags. Someone told me mortar mix has a one year shelf life, I don’t know so I am listing them free. If no one wants them within a couple of weeks I will trash them.
