VenmoWe bought this trailer in Feb 2026, for temporary living while we sold our house. Our house sold and now we are selling the trailer. All trailer lights work. Previous owner refinished the trailer and added a 40gal clean water tank. Since we have owned it, we have replaced: propane regulator, propane alarm, indoor thermostat, 2 new external water supply hoses, with 3 boxed new water filters, new macerator pump (sewage removal), has solar panel. New tarp cover. May need batteries. We plugged it in to shore power. Has adapter for shore power so a regular extension cord will work. It has an electric jack.
What we know: Furnace fan intermittently squeaks
Some of the interior lights don't work
