ZelleJasper is a 2023 sorrel gelding rescued in 2023 with his Mom, Gemma. He has a standout blonde mane and tail that perfectly matches his fun-loving personality. This sweet young horse will meet you at the gate every time, eager for attention and interaction. Nicknamed the “little surfer dude,” Jasper is playful, expressive, and full of life. He enjoys showing off his gaits and playing in the paddock with other horses, bringing energy and entertainment wherever he goes. Along with his personality, he is also a smart and willing youngster who wants to please. Jasper already has a solid start on the ground. He disengages his hips and shoulders, backs willingly, and lunges at a walk, trot, and lope on and off line. Jasper is a short reining built type horse waiting another year or so to start him for how small he is but Jasper has worn a saddle and takes it willingly will be an easy colt to start for anyone. He is currently working on flexion and softening at higher gaits, showing good progress and a trainable mind. Jasper does stand for the veterinarian and the farrier he is currently up to date on all of his medical vaccinations, dewormer, and foot care.
