This has the fully adjustable lumbar height, and fully adjustable padded hip belt. I used this with my kids until they were around 8 years old. Distributes the weight very well, with olenty of space for storage. Also has a hydration pack pocket. Comes with sun shade as well (not shown in pictures). Save $200 and purchase this one used. It is in bear perfect condition.
