VenmoWHY YOU WANT TO BUY THIS PIECE
Trendy DIY Potential: These exact baker's rack hutches are the ultimate target for furniture flippers on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Design Groups. They look absolutely incredible when sanded down to raw white oak or painted a modern matte black.
Instant Coffee or Beverage Bar: The middle section already features a built-in display mirror and six side-by-side spice drawers—ideal for sugar packets, coffee pods, tea bags, or bar tools.
Instant Coffee or Beverage Bar: The middle section already features a built-in display mirror and six side-by-side spice drawers—ideal for sugar packets, coffee pods, tea bags, or bar tools.
100% Real, Heavy Solid Wood: Furniture is not built like this anymore. Unlike modern particleboard items that warp and fall apart, this vintage oak structure will last for generations.
Two-Piece Versatility: The upper shelving assembly can be completely unbolted from the bottom base. You can use the lower portion as a standalone entryway credenza or dining room buffet, and mount the top piece to a wall.
Dimensions: 68" Height x 45" Width x 17" Depth
Material: Thick solid honey oak wood accented with custom black wrought iron scroll brackets and white ceramic pull knobs.
Storage features: Top display shelf with spindle details, 6 spice drawers, a wide countertop, a built-in central mirror, 2 lower cabinet doors, and an open bottom slatted shelf.
ESTIMATED AGE & ORIGIN
Age: Approximately 45 to 50 years old (Manufactured circa late 1970s to early 1980s).
How it was aged: The combination of "honey oak" heavy graining, cathedral-arched lower cabinet panels, white ceramic hardware, and heavy black wrought iron accents are structural hallmarks of the Early American Revival and Country Country-Chic furniture crazes that peaked in American manufacturing between 1976 and 1984.
CONDITION
Overall Status: Sold strictly AS-IS.
The Good: Structurally rock solid. Both lower cabinet doors work perfectly, close flush, and are completely unbroken. All drawers slide smoothly. The built-in mirror has no cracks.
The Imperfections: This is a vintage, pre-loved piece. The wood shows cosmetic wear and has visible scratch marks across the finish from normal use over the decades. It is prime for a fresh sand-and-stain or a coat of chalk paint to completely erase the minor blemishes!
