We had a problem with water leaking from the water filter area. I think I wasn't able to get the water filter to go in correctly, so I had the insurance try to replace some parts to get it fixed but it wasn't worth it for them so I got a new fridge. We have only had it for 18 months so it is fairly new with no dings or scratches on the outside, and very clean on the inside.
