2007 attitude eclipse f36ckss **Converted to Gooseneck** Overall the trailer is in good condition, it has been taken care of and always been clean inside and out. We have always had the roof re coated every other year. It was done this spring so is good untill 2028. Queen size bed in the masters, couch pulls out into bed, table drops down into bed, and the drop down bunks in the garage are 2 twins. Also has the bug screen for the garage and it's in good shape rarely was used.

Flat screen tvs were added in the masters and kitchen, has the adjustable antenna on the roof and it gets good signal. Tires are in good shape, lots of life left.

All of the appliances work as they should, never had a problem with anything.

Onboard fuel station holds 50 gallons and works great. 5.5k watt onan generator only has 331hours

I am listing the trailer $1000 off because there are a few things that don't work. The generator ran in May of last year but I couldn't get it to start this year, the fuel smells bad and needs cleaned out. A local shop quoted me 400$ to come and clean the fuel system and carburator. And the A/C works it just doesn't get the trailer colder than 70, could use a recharge. The carpet was ripped up from previous owner, I just keep a rug over it.

Passenger side fender is a little broken.

The awning works fine but the material is starting to flake it probably has a few years left in it.
