We’re devastated but we need to rehome our Chihuahua puppy. Shes almost 4 months old. She needs to be in a home without kids. She gets along great with other dogs and even loves kids until they try to pick her up or startle her so she could do ok with older kids. She is food aggressive and will sometimes randomly lash out when we try to pick her up. She has drawn blood on me and my husband multiple times and just drew blood on my nieces hand so it’s no longer safe for my kids or her to stay at our home. We love her so much and she is such a good dog aside from the random aggression. I think if she’s in a less stimulating home she will do AMAZING. I’ve had chihuahuas and dogs all my life and never experienced the kind of aggression she has so she needs to go to a home with lots of experience owning and training dogs.
