VenmoFor sale is a beautiful, authentic piece of American agricultural history. This all-metal 35-inch farm implement wheel dates back roughly 90 to 140 years (circa 1885–1935). Before pneumatic rubber tires took over the farming world in the 1930s, durable steel wheels like this were the backbone of American agriculture, widely used on horse-drawn and early tractor implements like hay rakes, seed drills, and cultivators.
Materials, Construction & Color:
Heavy-Duty Steel & Iron: Built entirely out of a flat outer steel rim band, a heavy cast-iron central hub, and thin steel rod spokes forged directly into the center.
Faded Red History: It features an authentic weathered brown patina with distinct traces of its original faded red paint peaking through on the spokes and rim. This classic red color strongly hints at an International Harvester / McCormick-Deering origin. It has zero structural rot or deep damage—it is completely sturdy.
