Rare adorable "Libby" collectible Goebel doll from doll artist Julie Fischer for the Collection of the Masters by Richard Simmons. Limited edition 292/1776. Resin head, chest plate, lower arms, and lower legs; cloth torso, upper arms, and upper legs. Her head is in fixed position looking to the side. She has curly brown hair and blue eyes. She wears a patriotic red, white, and blue/stars and stripes dress and removable straw hat, and holds a small white plush bear (with a vest that matches Libby's new dress) and an American flag that can be positioned in Libby's hand. She also comes with a removable star necklace. Libby is approximately 18" tall. She has been occasionally on display only and was never played with, and been kept continuously in a smoke-free home.
