Used - Poor, significant wear

I have a Chrysler 42RLE four speed automatic transmission that is still attached to the 3.8l engine from a 2008 Jeep. Transmission is in great shape with about 180k. The motor threw a rod, but all the bolt on parts are in great shape. The headers are less than a year old. I have the ECU from the Jeep if you need it also. All of the wiring is still connected to both motor and transmission.
