We are the second owners of this trailer. Both families have used it lightly and taken great care of it. The interior is clean and has been well maintained.

The exterior shows wear from age and sun exposure. Because it wasn't consistently covered, the roof and front storage cover have some UV damage. It also experienced some water exposure and damage after being stored near a sprinkler for a short period. The ceiling is clean with no mold or signs of ongoing leaks.

The trailer no longer has the awning, and the electrical system has been intermittent, so it may need some attention.

Overall, this is a clean, well-loved trailer with a beautiful interior and lots of life left in it. Smoke-free.
