The bedrooms are not furnished. Great downtown st George location near Town square. On the bus line. Parking is on the street. Must be able to pass credit and background check. No smoking or vaping on the property. No animals due to allergies. Rent for the larger room is 525. The smaller is 500. Deposit same as rent. I prefer a one year lease. But for a small increase in rent I can do a shorter lease.
