This thing is pretty old and sun faded, but all the straps and buckles work fine. I have all the hardware and the included tool. These seats are really awesome. Your kid gets to sit up front, between your arms, so communication is easy and it feels safer. My kids and I had so much fun with this thing. I just want to see it get some more use. $20, or whatever, just come get it and use it.
