Hybrid camper - it's not a pop-up but a pop out.

We love towing the short 18ft box, while being able to comfortably sleep 4-6 people.

The pop out beds are made out of durable canvas and have held up nicely rain or shine.

With a dry weight of only 2770lbs, this trailer is easy to pull with any mid-size SUV or small truck, no need to get the big rig and it saves fuel cost.

A microwave (above fridge) was removed to allow for additional storage. The electric installation has been upgraded to control any appliance/device that pulls power in order to minimize amperage draw and thus extend battery life when not connected to shore power.

The trailer comfortably provides shelter to 3 adults and 3 kids (< 10y) for more than 7days when water consumption (shower, hand washing) is managed.

Our kids have outgrown the available space and we are upgrading to a larger pop-out trailer.

We are the first owners, purchased the trailer in 2016 and have been taking it out 4-5 times per year until 2020, and 4 times since 2025.

The trailer is located just outside of Lava Hot Springs, ID - 45min from Pocatello ID, ~75min from Tremonton, UT.
