CAT CAN DRIFT is a 2026 bay stud colt with chrome! Out of Metallic Huckleberry, son of Metallic Cat, and out of a Driftwood/Shining Spark type bred mare. He is smart, very catty, and a pretty mover. Turned out in a pasture on a big hill where he learns to use his feet and cross water naturally. He is 6 panel negative via parentage and expected to mature under 15 hands. He is eligible for NRCHA incentives and will be paid in if the buyer desires. We expect this colt to be very easy/willing and trainable. We would love to see him go to a performance home- reined cow horse, cutting, breakaway, etc. He will be halter broke and ready to go to his new home at weaning time.

CAT CAN DRIFT's mother is a young mare that was raised and started in our program. She was kept as a broodmare, because she has such a nice demeanor, willing, and smart. Easy to start and gentle. Very athletic and goey with a huge natural stop. Watches a cow well. We are still riding her and advancing her training. She is a smaller mare. Very friendly and sweet.
