Venmo1998 forest river seirra. All appliances work. Air conditioning works great and has been recently recently. Almost everything in this is new. New awning fabric, led strip porch lighting, new stereo with surround sound and a 32 inch smart tv that is connected to the stereo system that also plays DVD. New lvp flooring in most of the trailer. New cushions for the dinette. New jack-knife sofa in the back that turns into a bed. Newer microwave. All led interior lights. 400 watt solar system mounted on the roof with charge controller and battery bank monitor mounted inside. 3,000 watt inverter hooked up to the battery system so that you can run the whole 120 volt system on battery power. You can run everything except the air conditioner on battery power alone. No roof leaks. It needs little small esthetic things fixed inside but overall in great shape. All led exterior lights installed last year. It'll come with two 7 gallon propane tanks. Fully ready to accept lithium batteries. There are 2 lead acid batteries in it now. 4,500 O.B.O.
