I don’t have too many details on this pack, but think it was my dad’s from the 1990s.

It is large capacity (has to be over 60L!), and is very lightweight.

It doesn’t look like it was used often and the exterior is in great condition.

The inner lining is older (see pics), so like most packs, recommend using a duck cover in rain.

It has a solid hip belt and chest strap to distribute your load.

Top compartment and long exterior compartment, in addition to the full compartment to store your supplies. Lots of exterior loops to attach items to.

The only tags are care instructions and a Make in Korea tag. I’ve yet to figure out the model, but did contact Jansport to see if they have records.

If you want to try out backpacking without the $400 pack investment, or need a pack that you can beat up a bit more than usual, happy to meet so you can try this one on.
