This trailer has been meticulously cleaned and maintained. The interior is smoke-free, and in excellent condition with clean upholstery, cabinetry, and flooring. There are no soft spots, and everything is in good working order.

The exterior is in good condition for its age, with normal cosmetic fading from the sun. The awning fabric could eventually use replacement, but it is still functional.
