Hardly used, hard to tell what year it is it’s so clean. I bought it from the original owner this year, but a change in life style has caused a change in direction. This thing is everything you need, and nothing you don’t. It has ac/heat. Electric slide down queen bed (rare in these) 110 gallon fresh tank 5.5 gallon hot water heater with aluminum holding tank. ( no sulfur smell if left full on accident) Cummins generator with 11 hours 14 ply tires purchased this year (have receipt)

The bathroom is big enough for a fat guy to take a shower and tall enough for a 6’3” lad to stand up straight in. It will fit a 72” wide 2 door can am. I have a turbo rr that slips in perfect (see pic). The mattresses are also new this year, we took the covers off to take pictures. The dinet does have a matching fold up bench seat where the big chair goes, but you need to have it removed to fit the extra wide machine. We personally like the chair more anyway. It feels more open with the bench at the table and the couch against the wall. The roof is all aluminum, so it will be hard pressed to develop any leaks. There is no rust, no bubbling outside, no dents or dings. Come check it out, the pics don’t do it justice.
