It is a 25 foot trailer with two 4 gallon deep fryers, hand washing sink with a 45 gallon tank, one upright smoker/warming box that is 4x3x2, one wood smoker with propane backup that is 4x3, on propane grill that is 4x6, a three burner stove, a tool box to store all of your equipment. You can load all of your coolers and up to 8 foot foldable tables on it for transport. We have cooked all over Utah and Wyoming with this beast. We have served food for up to 500 people. Could do more but it has just been my wife and I. This is a great trailer and can get you started or be a great add on for your smoky bbq business.
