Selling my 2010 Subaru Outback 3.6R AWD with 186,822 miles. Clean title in hand.
This is the desirable 3.6R model with Subaru's 3.6L six-cylinder engine and Symmetrical AWD—great for Utah winters, mountain driving, camping, skiing, or just an all-around capable daily driver. The body and interior are in very good condition for its age, and it comes with a Yakima SkyBox roof cargo carrier in good condition. Tires still have good tread, and the car starts, runs, and drives.
I've always tried to take good care of this vehicle. It comes with the original owner's manual, along with an organized collection of maintenance records and receipts from my ownership. I've kept documentation for oil changes and repairs—both routine maintenance and larger jobs—because I've always tried to stay on top of the car's maintenance.
Transparency:
The transmission has a known issue shifting from 1st to 2nd gear under heavier acceleration. If you accelerate gently, it shifts much better. I had the vehicle inspected by a Subaru dealership, and they diagnosed a P1710 torque converter turbine speed sensor fault and recommended replacing the transmission valve body. They also found additional maintenance items including:
I have the full dealership inspection report available for anyone who wants to see it.
I'm not trying to hide anything—I want the next owner to know exactly what they're buying. This would be a great project for someone who works on Subarus or is looking for a well-kept 3.6R to repair.
Asking $4,500 OBO. Reasonable offers considered.
