This is a Fulton industrial Jack with swing back wheel. The wheel is 8 inches in diameter with spokes much stronger than harbor freight trailer Jacks that usually only have a 6 inch solid rubber wheel,

the other side of the mounting plate and mounting bolts are missing and not included

you get it as shown in the photos

this has a larger diameter shaft, It currently stands at 26 inches tall and will extend another 14 inches.

The hand crank is lubed and moves easily. The wheel is round and no damage
