Solid wood chicken coop in very good condition. Always been covered and protected. All wood, walls, floor and roof in great condition. Had 6 chickens with this coop. Large and small doors with hooks to keep open or closed. Protective windows with wire mesh that can be locked open for more ventilation or closed for warmth. Easy pull down door on nesting boxes for easy collection of eggs. The bottom hinges on the texting box door need to be replaced.

Also included is a bag of shavings, hanging food box, watering container, an extra hanging container for food or water, a plug in de-icer that is safe for chicken water. Just drop it in a bucket of water to keep water from icing over but the de-ice does not get hot.

If you want the black pen that is included. I have all the bolts and washers. It is easy to form to whatever shape you want. But I may not keep it past Saturday July 11th, but it is free if I still have it. It was nice to be able to keep the chicken coop door open for access to food and water until I could open up the pen in the morning to let them free range in the yard.
