It has a great floor plan with a front queen bed, double bunks in the back, and both the dinette and couch fold down into beds. I included a picture of the floor plan in the listing so you can see the layout. It has no slide-outs, which means there's less to maintain and it's easier to tow.

I've towed it with my F-150 fully loaded with water and never even needed a sway bar. Being 30 feet long with tandem axles, it tows really well for a bumper-pull trailer. I also added solar panels, so if you like dry camping, you'll still have power for the lights and water pump without needing hookups.

I originally bought this trailer when I was dating someone who had kids. Since that relationship ended, I've only used it twice. It's honestly just more trailer than I need for one guy and a German Shepherd, so I'm looking to downsize to something smaller.

I do still have a loan on it, and the asking price is exactly what I owe. As I keep making payments, the balance will go down, and I'll update the price accordingly.

I looked around at comparable trailers, and most of them are listed between $14,000 and $17,000. Then there's one in Kaysville listed for around $24,000... I have no idea what that guy is thinking. Don't buy his trailer though, it doesn't even have solar and he probably smokes cigars....buy mine instead.
