This band saw has new urethane tires and uses a 105" saw blade because of the 6" riser block that allows resawing taller items. You do lose about an inch in depth of cut as seen in the pictures. It also is wired for a foot switch to keep both hands free to hold your work piece. I have some of the original size blades and the 105" ones. This machine is built from solid cast iron steel, unlike the new machines. It was my Uncle's machine. I have kept it for sentimental value, but I need to downsize my shop. I hope it will find a place in a shop where it is appreciated and used.
