Super sturdy - it's build for *real* camping. It can take high winds, heavy snow load, etc.
Tent was used for one season of camping and that's it, so it has a lot of life left on it.
It was just folded and stacked in my garage for awhile before I put it into storage bins, so it's a little bit dirty, but otherwise in good shape.
New these cost about $4,000.
We're asking $2,000.
