Rental Rules
Valid driver’s license required.
Rental agreement required before pickup or delivery.
Refundable damage deposit required. $250 deposit
Mower goes out with a full tank of gas and must be returned full. Maverick ethanol free preferred. If not returned full, renter pays fuel cost plus a $25 refill fee.
Mower must be returned reasonably clean. Heavy mud, packed grass, wet clippings, or excessive mess may result in a $40 cleaning fee.
Do not use for rocks, fields, sticks, wire, stumps, construction debris, wet/muddy areas, or steep slopes.
Renter is responsible for damage caused by rocks, stumps, curbs, sprinklers, wire, roots, hidden objects, misuse, rollovers, or unsafe operation.
Blade damage, belt damage, deck damage, tire damage, bagger damage, chute damage, and lost parts are renter’s responsibility.
Do not remove safety guards, covers, decals, chute, or bagger parts.
Do not let anyone else operate the mower unless approved.
No commercial crew use unless approved in advance.
Late return fee: $35 per hour, up to the cost of another full rental day.
Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled delivery may be charged $50.
Photos/videos will be taken before and after each rental to document condition.
