Great little camper trailer. Good condition for its age. A/C, heater, hot water, fridge, oven, and microwave all work. Full bathroom. Brand new 2 batteries used once this season and included dual charger. With the dual axle and included equalizer hitch its tows very smoothly. Needs a new sky light fixture in the bathroom and oven vent. Window opening and closing mechanisms need to be replaced. Windows still open and close. Canvas over both pop out beds is in great condition. Mattresses are in great condition. Incudes 2 propane tanks as well. Never any water damage. Upgraded to electric front jack a few years ago. We have owned since fall 2018 and don’t use it for more than 1 or 2 times a season now that our kids are out of the house. Price is negotiable. Title in hand.
