ULTRA RARE Color. "Mille Fleur", is the result of very specific genetic work: a golden base with black spangling and white mottling. It’s a recognized and respected pattern that takes time and effort to achieve.

🧡 Millie Fluer Colors with satin, frizzle, showgirl possiblity will be 50/50% frizzle or satin. Showgirl will show at hatch.
Mille Fleur is a newer color variation of Silkie chickens, known for being showstoppers. Mille Fleur Silkies are beautiful and friendly chickens. Chicks can hatch out both Mille Fleur and split to Mille chicks.
*Millie Fluer coloring pictures from the farm I got the hatching eggs from and hens from.
Maturity: Silkies mature more slowly than other breeds and may need to stay in the brooder for at least eight weeks.
$2 per week old added as they grow.
Sold as straight run (gender unknown). Silkies can’t be sexed at hatch without harm. You’re welcome to do DNA testing, but I do not offer this service.
Minimum of 3 chicks per home Silkies are social and need flock mates. If adding to your current chicks, they should be within a week of the same age for safety.
️ Silkies require special care. They are true bantams, meaning they are tiny and need extra attention:
Feed: NON-medicated, 20-26% protein.
Crumble Size: Regular chick feed is too large grind it in a blender for the first 2 weeks. or buy Leland Mills mash chick feed from Dallas Farm Store in West Haven.
️Local pickup only I am a hobby farm. I do not sell hatching eggs because I have limited hens.
Pickup: includes a chickbox and heat pad.
No health guarantees beyond pickup. Silkies are fragile handle them minimally for the first 2-3 days to reduce stress.
