VenmoUp for sale is a stunning, genuinely vintage 1990's gothic tabletop candelabra. This piece was originally purchased in the early 1990's from the renowned boutique The Basket Loft in Trolley Square (Salt Lake City, UT). It features an incredible level of heavy bench-crafted artisan detail that sets it apart completely from cheap, massproduced modern replicas. This piece weighs 6.4 pounds. It was only displayed 3 times.
Design Details: Hand-Welded Construction: True artisan ironwork. Each individual weld point is visible and unique, proving it's bench -crafted heritage. The Pillars:Two architectural 3D pillars flanking the side, meticulously built using individual metal strips wrapped squarely around all four sides of each column. The Gate: An arched metal gate featuring an intricate, hand-welded spiderweb pattern. The gate is mounted on functional welded hinges, which allow it to swing open. The Accents: A two-dimensional hand-bent wire skull is welded directly onto the crest of the arch spanning the gate. The base consists of a solid-iron threshold plate that anchors both pillars, providing incredible structural stability. Candelabra Tops: Each pillar is topped with a shallow metal dish and a center metal spike designed to securely hold traditional pillar or taper candles. The "cannon-ball" type candles shown in the pictures are included with the piece. Finish: Beautifully finished in a dark, atmospherice "blackened-silver" patina.
Dimensions: Height: 11.5 inches, Width: 11.5 inches, Depth: 2.5 inches.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Strong, heavy (6.4 pounds) and structurally flawless. The hinges move and the bottom plate sits perfectly flat. No original box or paper tags are included, but its early 90's provenance is guaranteed. I am the original purchaser and have only displayed this piece 3 times. Perfect as a high-end Halloween centerpiece, dark academia statement piece, or year-round gothic home decor accent!
