This is in excellent condition! Very clean and nice set. The table top is like new!!One chair was repaired (see picture towards the end) Comes with a custom glass top protector if you plan to use it fully extended. (99 inches) The pictures show it without the extensions in. (Those are leaning on our garage) There are also 8 chairs and yes you can switch out the fabric top to whatever you like! The ones we have on are white and do have a few spots here and there. Feel free to switch them to your design that matches your home. Pick up in Cedar Hills.
