The roof leaks near the rear of the trailer, and there is some sagging in that area of the interior ceiling, and some warping to the countertops. The plumbing is disconnected near the water heater under the sink. Gas is turned off due to the gas line being kinked, and broke while removing the old fridge a couple of months ago. The ceiling air conditioning unit works great. It has a new residential 7.5 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer, and a new toilet. Good tires and a spare.
