It will lift up property, but will slowly go back down by itself once you stop pumping the lift pedal. I thought it was lack of fluid in the jack, but apparently it’s full. It feels like the release pedal is always depressed. Which may be what’s causing it to sink back down, but I’m not sure what the problem is.

Hoping to sell to someone that knows what they’re doing or may be more familiar with it. It’s also missing the safety release handle, but can be released with a couple screwdrivers.
