For full disclosure, there was a small leak around the rear window years ago that caused a tiny spot of water damage. The leak has been professionally repaired, and there have been no issues since.

The only reason I'm selling it is because I bought it for my son, thinking I had found the perfect trailer for him. Turns out it's bigger than what he wanted! Lesson learned—apparently grown kids like picking out their own trailers. So now it's your chance to benefit from my good intentions.
