Runs on standard 120V single-phase power (14.3 amps) — no special outlet or wiring needed, which makes it great for food trucks, concession stands, cafés, small restaurants, or busy home kitchens. Most commercial conveyor toasters require 208/240V, so the standard-plug convenience is a real plus.
