This rack came on a three-year old Ford Transit I just bought. I don't need the rack or conduit carrier. Looks like together they were over $7,000 new.

Holds two ladders, and drops them down the side of the van.

Conduit Carrier is 9'8" long (116") x 6" wide x 11" tall. It has a small padlock that you'll have to cut off - I don't have a key for it.
