This is multiple Chinese scooters pieced together to make one. I was given no titles from the previous owner. This was a project just to learn how these work so there are tons of new parts as well as tons of extra new parts. I was in the middle of installing a new wiring harness (electric start currently not working) which is why it is apart. And was going to work on headlights. Otherwise it was good to go. Fairings are old and rather brittle. Does have a new carb so that still needs adjusted and I have the Kickstart assembly so it can be reinstalled. Unfortunately for me I have no more time to work on it and I need it to go. New brakes, new brake levers, new wiring, harness new starter, new carburetor new electric components, new seat. Has spark. I've got some tire changing tools if you would like to purchase those as well.
