It breaks our hearts to write this, but we are sadly looking for a great new home for our sweet boy, Peanut.
Peanut is a 17-year-old registered Quarter Horse gelding with the kindest personality. Unfortunately, he has severe navicular disease and is no longer sound to ride. We have done everything we could, including trying injections, but because his condition is so advanced, they were not successful.
Peanut is truly a wonderful horse. He stands quietly for the farrier, loads and unloads with ease, and has excellent ground manners. He is gentle, easy to be around, and has so much love to give.
Because of our current circumstances, we are looking for a loving home where Peanut can enjoy the rest of his life as a pasture companion. He deserves a family who will love him and let him just be a horse.
Finding the right home is our top priority, and we are in no rush. We want to make sure Peanut goes to someone who will love and care for him as much as we do.
KSL Classifieds makes it easy to buy and sell with peace of mind. Check our safety tips and quickly report anything that doesn’t look right to keep your experience smooth and secure.
