Description
These two hens are between 1 and 1.5 years old. They lay great, though their egg color is not the darkest for BCMs. The one looks a bit rough around the edges due to the rooster's interest in her, but she is otherwise fine. Our black copper marans come from a combination chickens we had breed and those from other local breeders. Their lineage includes Greenfire Farms lines, Thornfield lines, and an award winning line imported directly from France, among other things. These two come together so they will integrate more smoothly to a new flock.
