This has been a great trailer for us, for a few years everything such as the furnace, water pump, air-conditioning refrigerator both on propane, or gas mode, stove, oven microwave, toilet shower all faucets and all water and drain lines work as they should no issues there, automatic jack works as well no hand cranking, but we recently found some water damage and little wood rot that I simply don’t have the time to fix nor the knowledge to do so. I replaced the top front sheeting of the roof it will need a new membrane. found more rot inside the back corner of the trailer so my loss is your gain. Everything inside of the camp trailer will go with it as well a few pots and pans, utensils, new mattress, and some other things that I am forgetting. This trailer is really in good shape as far as all of the expensive appliances and things all tires and axels are in great condition metal trailer frame itself is in great shape.
