This is a Voluas automatic pet feeder. It features a dual power supply, voice recorder, and 10-second memory. The item is in good used condition and is fully functional. My cats can’t use the auto feeder anymore since they are on a wet only diet. I have 2 of them and even extra batteries if you would like them! They were originally $45 each so I would do both for $40 or 1 for $20
