This has been a great camper for us, and I'm trying to price it fairly.

- Needs a new ac unit. Suoer easy 14x14 hole ac. Heater works. They run about $900 new online or around $300 used on Facebook Marketplace, and it's a very straightforward replacement. - Winterized and well cared for. - Only used about 6 trips in its lifetime. - I resealed and added insulation in the master bedroom. - Upgraded with a large, comfortable king-size bed. - Tows very easily. We've used it on trips around Utah and Idaho without any issues. - I have the clean title along with the manuals and documentation for the trailer and appliances.

It's an honest camper at an honest price. If you're looking for something solid that doesn't need a fortune invested, come take a look.
