Great little set for a young boy or girl, my kids used them gently and infrequently, and they have a lot of mileage left in them. Driver is 36" long, irons average 30", includes putter, 6, 8, P and gap wedge Irons, and a driver and 3 wood. Bag is in excellent condition and should last a long time. The popout stand works perfectly and all the pocket zippers are fully functional.
