My name is Daniel. I've been working with dogs for several years, including time on Rover, and I built this service because I wanted to offer something genuinely different — not just a place for your dog to stay, but a place where they actually do something.

I'm based on the East Bench of Salt Lake City, five minutes from Millcreek Canyon, the Mount Olympus trailhead, and the full Bonneville Shoreline trail system. That proximity isn't incidental — it's the whole point.

WHAT I OFFER

Overnight Boarding — Your dog stays in my home, not a cage or a kennel run. Full daily care, trail activity every day, and an evening debrief so you know exactly how they did. I treat your dog the way you would.

Trail Runs — I take dogs out on real trails. The Bonneville Shoreline, Mount Olympus, Millcreek Canyon. Distance and pace are tailored to your dog's fitness level — whether they're a seasoned trail dog or just getting started.

Full & Half Day Hikes — Extended excursions into the Wasatch for dogs that need a serious outlet. Great for high-energy breeds that a standard walk just doesn't touch.

Performance Boarding — Everything in overnight boarding plus structured endurance conditioning, targeted mileage progression, and detailed performance reporting. Built for owners who want their dog to genuinely improve while they're away.

Day Activities & Walks — Not every dog needs a trail run, and that's completely fine. I offer relaxed outings and nature walks tailored to where your dog is at.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Every single outing is logged. Distance, pace, terrain, notes on how your dog did. You get a full written recap and photos after every activity so you're never left wondering what your pup was up to. Most boarding situations give you nothing — you drop your dog off and hope for the best. This isn't that.

I carry water, snacks, and a full gear kit on every outing. Pickup and dropoff are available. I work with each dog individually and tailor every activity to their age, breed, and current fitness level — no one-size-fits-all approach.

I'm currently training for the San Francisco Marathon and have years of experience backpacking and hiking the Wasatch. Your dog is in capable hands on serious terrain.
