ZelleThis like new Rocky Mountain Edition is 21' long inside (25.5' bumper to hitch) and has a full bath, RV queen bed accessible from both sides, lots of storage, double kitchen sink, microwave, gas stove with oven, gas/elec fridge/freezer, convertible love seat and fold down dinette. It's in excellent condition, clean, non-smoking. The Rocky Mountain Edition has Jayco's thermal insulation package, an 80 gal fresh water tank, and larger fridge. It has a 16' electric awning, outside LED lighting, outdoor shower. Propane hoses are new, the fresh water system has been sanitized regularly, and the roof is perfect. It's got a few minor signs of wear here and there, but overall it's like new. Tires are in great shape with low miles. It has 340 watts of rooftop solar panels, an inverter/charger, and two upgraded batteries. We also added a Furrion backup camera and 5” monitor. All work was done at Bish's in Idaho Falls. The power tongue jack is new. Includes an anti-sway hitch, a pair of extended mirrors, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, after market sewer hoses & supports. Easy to tow and great to live in!
