Excellent pop-up tent trailer! Has rare features for a pop-up tent trailer: one king bed and one queen bed, as well as a tip-out where the table is. There is tons of room in this trailer! The table folds down to the equivalent of a full/queen bed, and the couch folds down to a twin. Has a small kitchenette (sink, fridge, stovetop) and a bathroom (toilet and showerhead). Fresh water tank holds plenty of water, and the batteries and propane tank run the heater well for multiple nights. Water heater works great. We cleaned the canvas with a mold cleaner and sprayed the whole thing with waterproofing spray, so it’s totally clean and sealed up. We just camped in a massive hail storm last weekend and not a drop of water leaked through this camper. We have only camped in it once and have loved it, but another opportunity came up for us that was too good to pass up so we sadly have to let this one go. We didn’t use the fridge or A/C while we were camping, but were told by the previous owner that they worked. It does have one broken zipper that was there when we bought it, but the camper stays nice and toasty and no water gets in.
