VenmoI install garage doors for a living and we pulled this one off a house where there was some slight damage and we replaced it for them, and kept the used one. Its a door that, new, goes for an easy $3k-4.5k plus installation fees (Coachmen Series By Clopay Garage Doors goes for a pretty penny) with Wood facing outside, and insulated steel backing facing inside.
Whats included: -10x10ft Completed set of door panels -Spring bar -Cable drums -Mounting Brackets
Whats not included (but easily sourced) -Hinges -Springs -Miscellaneous Hardware
The door shows signs of wear, discoloration, and some damage to the edges. Will be fine for someone whos looking for an outside cosmetic upgrade to their exisiting garage, might need a paint job, but with some slight dings that wont effect functionality much on the inside. Overall an absolute STEAL for this brand name style.
