So much storage in this RV, even in the kitchen table and seats New batteries. Everything in the trailer works: Hot Water; furnace and A/C; two high speed fans; ceiling fan; propane & 120v fridge; TV; DVD; Bose Sound bar; fireplace; washer dryer hookup; microwave; propane stove and oven; built in Pantry. Including some pans, silverware, mixer, air mattress under couch. Including several power cords, hose, sewage hoses. See pictures for all the included items. The vinyl awnings over the pullouts were removed, but all the hardware is still there and works if you want to install new vinyl. The plastic vent over the toilet is broken and a replacement is included, just needs to be installed. The edge seals on the front of the trailer have a gap, the carpet has some stains and the vinyl flooring has been damaged for years. One new tire on the trailer and a new spare. Fighting Breast cancer the last 1.5 years has resulted in downsizing the house and no where for this large of a trailer. Trailer is currently stored in Ogden and we live in Logan. Can tow to a meeting place for serious buyers, or can arrange to see in Ogden.
