Smoke free home - I do have a 120lb dog that is allowed on the couch, however, the couch has ALWAYS had couch covers on it. Unfortunately in pictures 5,6,7 you can see the stiching has been pulled free from the cover having been repeatedly pulled across it. This could be re-stiched easily, I just haven't been able to find an upholstery thread that matches it. Past that the couch has no damage or stains. The couch is almost 3 years old and I paid close to $4000 for it when I bought it new from RC Willey. It's just too big for the space and I'm downsizing. I will give you the couch covers if you'd like them. Please note that I also scotch guarded the fabric before anyone was allowed on it, so you can mostly wipe it clean (just don't saturate it).
